The "If We Get It Wrong" Policy

We want you to love your t-shirt. If it arrives damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — that's on us, and we'll make it right.

Here's the deal:

  • Damaged or defective item? Full refund or replacement, no awkward back-and-forth.
  • Let us know within 30 days of delivery, before wearing or washing it.
  • Email us at support@notlikemost.com with a description of what went wrong including photos and we will make it right — real people, real replies.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Each t-shirt is made just for you, so we're not able to accept returns for wrong sizing or change of mind. But if something's actually wrong, we've got you. No drama, no interrogation.
  • Due to the fabric properties, the White color variant may appear off-white rather than bright white.
